Exhibit Program

All scientific sessions will be held in the Oakland Marriott City Center Hotel.  Exhibits will be in the West Hall and will be intermingled with posters to provide the most foot traffic.  Sessions will begin at 8:30am and there will be a coffee break from 10:00 to 10:30am.  Coffee service will be interspersed with the exhibit space.  Lunch will be provided from 12:00 to 2:00pm, Friday through Sunday, in the West Hall.  The last sessions of the day will begin at 3:45pm.  The exhibit program will end at 4:00pm each day.

Installation of Exhibits

Thursday, October 13, 2022, 2:00 pm  –  5:00 pm

Exhibit Dates and Hours
Friday through Sunday, October 14-16, 10:00am – 4:00 pm
Highest traffic times will be 10-10:30am and 12-2pm

Dismantling of Exhibits
Sunday, October 16,  4:00pm
Exhibits must be kept intact until the closing of the exhibits.
All aisles must remain clear for public passage.

Support Opportunities

Consider the many opportunities for additional visibility to our attendees and web visitors.  Meeting supporters are highlighted on the meetings’ web site  – with a link to their web site.  Have your company logo/name on the conference bag, lanyards or badge holders.  Contact NAVBO.
Depending on the level of support, your exhibitor fee may be waived.

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times. NAVBO  provides each booth space two (2) paid registrations that will provide booth staff full access to all scientific sessions, breaks and receptions. Additional booth staff or representatives from your company must register as meeting participants.

Promotional Items and Activities
Exhibiting companies are permitted to distribute promotional materials and other items at their Exhibit Booth location only. All distributed items must be useful to the professional activities of the meeting attendees and made available to all meeting attendees as long as supplies last.

No soliciting of registrants is permitted in the aisles, in other exhibitor booths, or in any other area reserved for this meeting. No distribution of literature or other promotional items at hotel guest rooms, or in any other public or private area of the conference center or hotel is permitted.

Additional Services
Exhibitors who require other services such as electricity, will receive ordering information three months prior to the meeting.

Subletting Exhibit Space
Subletting any part of the exhibit space is prohibited.

Advertise in the Program

This is the meeting app, we will not have a printed program
Exhibitors receive 25% off Splash Screens and Banner Ads!!

Splash Screen  (normally $1,500)  Exhibitor price:  $1,125
(seen when opening or reopening app; limit of four will be sold)

Banner Ad   (Normally $500)   Exhibitor price:  $ 375
(banners display and rotate with other banner ads)

Product Showcase:
If you are interested in sponsoring a half hour or one-hour product showcase, please contact Bernadette Englert.  Rates are $1,000 for a 30-minute presentation or $1,750 for a one hour presentation (additional contract applies). Click here for more information.

Your Logo
Consider putting your logo on conference bags, lanyards or badge holders.  Purchase additional signage in key locations, etc.  Existing exhibitors will be informed of any “new” opportunities via email.
